Professor Gilder is from the United States of America (PhD, The Ohio State University), with professional academic experience spanning over thirty-five years of teaching undergraduate and post-graduate programs at colleges and universities in the USA, Romania, Korea, Liberia and Papua New Guinea, as well as being a higher education specialist consultant for (inter) national organizations such as the Open Society Foundation and UNESCO (among others). In Romania, he is affiliated with the Interdisciplinary Doctoral/Post-Doctoral School (IOSUD) at the “Lucian Blaga” University of Sibiu.

Sever AVRAM, Executive President, EUROLINK – House of Europe Foundation, Bucharest, ROMANIA

Sever Avram is Executive President of EUROLINK – House of Europe  (an NGO that specialises in organising national and European public events, training sessions, courses, research projects, advocacy and lobby campaigns), a post he has held since 1997. Before this, he worked for the Romanian Government in the Department of European Integration (PHARE) as a consultant, and in a similar role for EURISK – European Institute for Risk, Security & Communication Management. From August 1995 to May 1996, Mr Avram was a Public Affairs Analyst for the European Commission’s Delegation Office to Romania. He had served as Lector of Practical Courses of French Studies and Practices of the Press at the Petrol-Gas University, Ploiesti. In addition, Mr Avram had elaborated curricula for various post-graduate type of courses such as: ‘International Diplomacy in the context of Transformative Digitization’, ‘Individual and Team Resilience’, ‘Management of Circular Economy and Sustainable Development’, etc. The key-approach of his contributions are related to institutional analysis, macro-regional development strategies and EU institutions and citizenship. Mr Avram holds a license diploma in Romance Languages and Literatures (State University of Bucharest) and a Master’s diploma in Politics (Central European University, Prague), in addition to subsequent specialised courses and studies.

Ihor BLOSHCHYNSKYI, Doctor of pedagogical sciences, Professor, Foreign Languages Department, Bohdan Khmelnytskyi National Academy of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine | Khmelnytskyi, Ukraine

Ihor Hryhorovych BLOSHCHYNSKYI, born 19.12.1976 in Ukraine. In 1994 entered the Academy of the Border Guard Troops of Ukraine and graduated from it in 1998 on specialty «Foreign Philology & Translation». Further education was obtained at the Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University, Chernivtsi, Ukraine and received Specialist degree in Foreign Philology and obtained the qualification of the English language and literature instructor. In 2002 obtained Ph.D. (Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences). In 2012 became an Associate Professor. Doctoral dissertation in Pedagogic entitled “Theoretical and Methodological Basis of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine Specialists’ Professional Training Using Distance Learning Technologies” on speciality 13.00.04 – Theory and Methods of Vocational Training was defended in 2016. The title of Full Professor was granted in 2017.He started his carrier as an English language instructor in 1998 having 23 years of educational and scientific experience and has recently been promoted to the position of the Head of the Foreign languages department. He provides practical advice to scientific and pedagogical staff of the academy for the obtaining degrees of candidate and doctor of pedagogical sciences. He is a member of the editorial board of three professional collections of scientific papers in the field of pedagogical sciences. Bloshchynskyi I. H. has more than 300 scientific works, including 11 educational and methodical textbooks and manuals (6 of them approved by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine) and more than 200 scientific articles (70 publications in periodicals, which are included in the databases Web of Science and Scopus). Ihor Bloshchynskyi is included into the specialized academic council with the right to accept for consideration and conduct the defense of dissertations for the degree of doctor (candidate) of pedagogical sciences. He is a guarantor of educational and professional programs in “Philology” for four years. He has participated in international projects, trainings, symposia and conferences in the United Kingdom, Romania, Slovakia, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Italy, organized by NATO, the US and British embassies, International Organization for Migration, FRONTEX agency, EUBAM mission, TESOL organization, etc.
