VIRTUAL DESK OPENED |
For any problem, type your question on the messenger of Facebook account of LUMEN Conference Center official page. You will be assisted there by our colleagues. We will reply you as fast as possible and assist you.

Dear participant,

Be sure to read the instructions below, otherwise you may experience a participation problem during the conference days. We will open the “virtual room” at the scheduled time, today May 22nd, 10:00 am (Bucharest time).

Please see bellow all the ZOOM session you can attend these days, either as work presenter, or as listener of the sessions.  Each of these sessions details are mentioned both on the Facebook page of LUMEN Conference Center and on the web-page of the conference www.conferinta.info, in the Program page.

Technical aspect & zoom chat | To write during the session, we will use the ZOOM chat, where everyone can read and write simultaneously. There you may type questions related to the session you are participating live. You may have to download a small application if you have never used Zoom.Test the ZOOM link as soon as possible before the session starts, to see if there is a problem. Especially for those who are not “initiated” to these techniques. Do not wait until the last minute, as there is a risk of “overcrowding” with technical consequences.Once connected on Zoom, make sure your microphone is off to avoid microphony. You can temporarily deactivate the camera as well.

If possible, we recommend the use of headphones and a microphone to avoid noise interference.Just stay connected to the “virtual room” while waiting for the start time.

Try as much as possible to be in a quiet atmosphere. If this is a problem for you, you can isolate yourself by not turning on your video and microphone, and remain a passive listener.
