Dear colleagues,

We are honored to invite you to the third edition of Lumen International Conference Logos Universality Mentality Education Novelty (LUMEN 2013) which will take place between 10-13 of April 2013 in Iasi, Romania.

The experience of previous editions developed successfully provides us with the confidence that the international scientific manifestation with multidisciplinary character whose general objective is to promote scientific excellence, to be held soon, will be of major interest to the scientific public.

Lumen International Conference Logos Universality Mentality Education Novelty (LUMEN 2013) is organized by Lumen Research Center in Humanistic and Social Sciences, Lumen Publishing House and Lumen UK, in partnership with Higher Education Research and Consulting Company – SUA; The Institute of Encyclopedia Studies of the Academy of Sciences of Moldova; Romanian Academy, Iasi branch – A. D. Xenopol Institute; Faculty of Law and the Legal Research Center within “Petre Andrei” University from Iasi; Faculty of Philosophy and Social and Political Sciences within “Al. I. Cuza” University from Iasi; Faculty of Law within “Mihail Koganiceanu” University from Iasi.

The scope of the Conference includes all the areas/topics of social sciences, encouraging a broad spectrum of contribution. Articles of interdisciplinary nature are particularly welcome. Topics include, but are certainly not limited to the following:

Publication of papers, accepted after the peer review process, will be done:

  • In an international publishing House in partnership with Lumen Research Center:

– Procedia-Social and Behavioral Sciences. All papers published in Procedia-Social and Behavioral Sciences are also indexed by Scopus and Science Direct and submitted to Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index-Science (ISI Web of Science) for evaluation for inclusion in the list.

  • In scientific journals in partnership with the conference:

– Journal of Legal Studies.
