We are presenting you the most important aspects of the 3rd edition of International Conference Logos Universality Mentality Education Novelty (LUMEN), Current paradigms in social sciences, 10-13 April 2013, Iasi, Romania.
– more than 400 of registered participants universities and research institutions from Europe, Asia, Africa and America;
– 294 scientific papers submitted;
– 170 accepted papers to publication within Procedia Social and Behavioral Sciences.
Rate of acceptance to publication of total number of 294 papers was 58,50% , the rest of 41,49% being withdraw or rejected.

Proceedings papers, accepted on publication, will be sent to Elsevier Publishing, Procedia Social and Behavioral Sciences, from Great Britain, at the beginning of the July 2013, being published only ON LINE, and available in OPEN ACCESS system.
