  • 31st of March  2014 –Deadline for normal registration;
  • 3rd of April 2014 – Deadline for late registration;
 Deadline for PARTICIPATION FEE payment:
  •  20th of December 2013 – Deadline for payment of participation in early registration, only for accepted abstracts;
  • 1st of April 2014 – Deadline  for payment of participation in normal registration,  only for accepted abstracts;
  • 5th of April 2014 – Deadline  for payment of participation in late registration,  only for accepted abstracts;

  • 25th of May 2014 – Deadline for submitting full paper (For submitting a full paper at least one of the authors must bee registered on the conference.). Please use the SBSPRO_Full_Paper_Template_LUMEN2014
Answer of acceptance/rejection of the FULL PAPER :
  • 2 weeks from  full paper submission
 Deadline for PUBLICATION FEE payment:
  • 10 days after the acceptance of full paper for publication (not abstracts)
Deadline for sending the text for making the POSTERS
  • 1st of April 2014 – Deadline  for sending the text for the organizers of LUMEN 2014 Conference, in order for us to do the posters.
  Deadline for registering on festive diner and the social events (Bucovina trip)
  • 15th of March 2014 – at least 20 persons for the trip to be organised
Other important dates: 
1st  of March 2014- last date when authors could withdrawal their money for participation or publication fee already paid.
1st of April 2014 – last day when authors could change their manner of presentation  within the conference.
25th of March 2014 – last day for registering with virtual presentation* (only video or Skype) and for sending the video recording to prlumen2@gmail.com 
 
*Note:  By registering with virtual and poster presentation, video recording (or Skype live broadcasting) and posters, authors  give their implicit agreement in sharing their papers on the Youtube channels and on the social networks  of the conference.
